Chop thai chili peppers with seeds in. Pour soy sauce in peppers. Get milk ready for tongue.

What's not to like? Fresh salmon, scallions, salmon roe, sriracha, and Japanese mayo. I could have stuffed myself on Christmas with this if there wasn't so much other great food.
